Welcome to integrated health and social care in your borough

Through NHS Greater Manchester and the Greater Manchester Integrated Care Partnership, we have joined everyone up to offer you better connected services. Everyone across our ten boroughs are working together. From NHS GPs and hospitals, councils, fire and police services, to companies, charities and community groups. All collaborating to support those with health issues, and act sooner to keep people well and living a good life.

Everyone needs different services as they grow up, get on and grow older. An integrated system of services works better to help you and your family stay well – and it works better for the professionals who care for you too.
