The words, "Trafford residents...what's your experience been?" in the middle with speech bubbles around the outside in different colours - Pharmacy (green), Urgent Treatment Centre (Orange), A&E (red), GP Practice (yellow), NHS 111 (green), Mental health services (blue), Minor injuries unit (orange). There is also a thumbs up at the bottom and a thumbs down on the right.

An opportunity to share your experiences and views of urgent care services in Trafford is now available.

Urgent care is for when people need medical advice or treatment straight away, or on the same day. Below is a link to a survey that we invite you to complete so we can understand what services people use, and when and how they access them.

We are working with people in Trafford over the coming months to ensure that urgent care services safely meet the needs of the borough’s population, and those who use its services. This information is very important to us so we would encourage everyone to take the time to take part before the deadline on 14 February 2023.

The survey can be accessed by clicking: https://www.smartsurvey.co.uk/s/TraffordUC

It may take up to 20 minutes to complete the entire survey though there are options to skip questions that are not relevant to you.

Thank you for your time and we look forward to hearing your experiences.
