DRYMESTER

There’s no safe time and no safe amount of alcohol to drink during pregnancy. The #DRYMESTER campaign encourages parents-to-be, and those around them, to go alcohol-free for pregnancy to give babies the best possible start in life.
The campaign raises awareness through supportive, non-judgmental resources co-created with people with lived experience.
Download the campaign assets to help spread the word of the Chief Medical Officers guidance: If you’re pregnant or planning to become pregnant, the safest approach is not to drink alcohol at all to keep risks to your baby to a minimum.
