GM ICP Strategy Launch materials

• A 16-page summary, is now available on our website and in print. The summary gives an overview of the role of the ICP, the challenges we face and how we will be responding to these challenges through our Greater Manchester Model for Health, our six ‘missions’, and monitoring our progress
• A trifold leaflet, is now available on our website and in print. The leaflet is a tool that will be used as part of our engagement with the public. Through our ‘Big Conversation’ throughout 2022, we spoke to more than 3,000 people across Greater Manchester and 2,000 underserved communities about what mattered to them when it came to health and care services. This has helped shape our strategy and we want to feedback how we have listened, i.e. “you said, we did”.
