The Try Dry app

The “Try Dry” app, developed by Alcohol Change UK, is a free tool designed to help individuals manage their alcohol consumption, whether they are participating in Dry January or aiming for longer-term changes. It functions as a year-round support system, offering features to track progress, monitor well-being, and set personalized goals.
