Change, Grow, Live
Help with Drug & Alcohol issues and/or addiction is provided in Tameside within an integrated all age service.
The service is provided by Change, Grow, Live.
My Recovery Tameside is for any drug and alcohol use and includes:
- Adult service
- Young Persons service (Branching Out – up to 17 years)
- Transition Service (18-25 years)
- Family/Friends Advice & Support Service
Services are delivered from a range of community settings and are based in two main places for the borough:
- 111-113 Old Street, Ashton-U-Lyne, OL6 7RL and
- Thornley St, Hyde SK14 1JY (above Thornley Medical Centre – separate entrance at side of building)
