Bolton Dementia Support
A charity offering support for everyone in the Bolton area who has been diagnosed with any form of dementia. Support is also available for carers.
They offer a range of activities, events, and resources designed to support people living with dementia and those who care for them. The charity provides two afternoon Memory Cafes’ each week throughout the borough.
It is run by professional staff, supported by volunteers and former carers all of whom have experience of living and supporting someone with dementia.

City of Trees run Dementia Friendly Nature Walks monthly in Bolton for people affected by dementia and their friends, family and carers.
