The Stockport Diabetes Service is a fully integrated team between hospital and community and is led by three diabetes consultants at Stepping Hill. Within the diabetes service there is a dedicated team of specialist nurses, a specialist midwife, specialist dieticians, high risk podiatrists and a team of diabetes educators that work across the acute and community settings.
