1) What cross-system learning was identified through PSIRF that relates to the care of learning disabled and/or autistic people in 2023-24?

3) A link to/copy of your local ICB LEDER (Learning from Lives and Deaths: People with a Learning Disability and/or Autistic People) Report for 2023/24 please.
4) When will your local ICB LEDER (Learning from Lives and Deaths: People with a Learning Disability and/or Autistic People) Report for 2024/25 will be published please.
1) The majority of learning relating to the care of learning disabled and/or autistic (LDA) people would be identified/shared via the LeDeR route however any further learning identified from PSIRF / patient safety events would be held at a provider level and fed into local improvement work and so providers would need respond with this detail.
