Under a formal Freedom for Information request, I am seeking a copy of the report produced by Dr Griffiths in relation to the appeal lodged by Peterloo Medical Centre in relation to the proposed formation of a new Primary Care Network in Middleton from 01.11.2025.
The ICB is not aware and does not have access to any separate or further report. The findings, as they were communicated to NHS GM are summarised, alongside further work that has taken place in the letter dated 21 November 2025. This letter is included as an attachment.
