I would like to make an FOI request in relation to ambient voice / ambient scribe /dictation technologies and any related technologies services.

Please can you confirm:

1. If you are currently utilising ambient voice / ambient scribe/dictation technologies or a similar technology within the NHS Greater Manchester ICB?
2. If not, do you have plans to in the future or meet with suppliers of these technologies, E.g. TORTUS, Heidi Health, Dragon?

If you are using them, can you please state:

• If these were procured through a Framework, DPS (including which Framework, DPS)?, other direct paid contract basis, or a Free trial/pilot?

• The contract value
• Contract Start and End Date
• How the software is being utilised and the key use case and service utilising it
• Person responsible for the contract and/or pilot scheme used

NHS Greater Manchester do not currently have any agreements listed with any of these providers or for the technology described.
