2. The date of the next review of your formulary
3. Details of how you intend to review your formulary (include process, timelines)
4. Details if part of a local partnership arrangement for formulary review. Please provide the contact’s name, email address and telephone number for the person with responsibility where a partnership arrangement is in place.

3. A working group is scoping the opportunities with the aim of developing options in the next 12 months.

4. Our aim is for a Greater Manchester wide group including representation from teams involved in all areas of Continence provision and supply and includes teams using these products from those initiating and reviewing them in secondary care, those prescribing them in the long term in primary care, procurement teams, finance representatives and members of NHS GM to understand options for implementation. Although at this early stage we have no further details we can share. Any outcomes from this process will be on public view as part of GMMMG Clinical Reference Group consultation/minutes and GMMMG minutes.
