I am requesting the following information in respect of:

Diabetes – CGM – Continuous Glucose monitoring systems

2-4. As laid out in the link above our formulary review is initiated at the request of stakeholder organisations and timelines are dependent on the scale and scope of review. For our CGM guidance we are awaiting the NHS Commissioning Recommendations for 2025/26 which we believe will include a comprehensive list of all the recommended CGM, insulin pen needles, blood glucose strips and lancets, their technical specifications, specific use for patient cohorts, and their prices. This will form the basis for our formulary review, its scope, timelines and the engagement required.
