I am submitting this request under the Freedom of Information Act 2000.

I request any reports, internal briefings, or meeting notes from January 2024 onward discussing how Personal Independence Payment (PIP) changes may impact:

GP services

Mental health teams

A&E admissions

Any internal assessments or forecasts estimating additional pressures on primary care and mental health services due to PIP changes.

If this request exceeds the cost limit, please prioritize existing summaries or high-level reports.

NHS Greater Manchester do not hold any reports, internal briefings, or meeting notes from January 2024 onward discussing how Personal Independence Payment (PIP) changes may impact GP services, Mental health teams, or A&E admissions.

There have been no internal assessments or forecasts which estimate additional pressures on GP services, Mental health teams, or A&E admissions due to PIP changes within NHS GM. Therefore, you may wish to contact the provider organisations for the information you seek.
