Q1. Does Greater Manchester ICB hold contracts for NHS elective-care activity with the following hospitals? (YES/NO for each)

  • Spire Hartswood Hospital
  • Nuffield Health Hospital
  • Circle Health Hospital
  • Ramsay Health

 

Q2. For every hospital answered YES, list the specialties covered by the contract and please supply:

  • the service specification including Schedules 2, 4, 6 and any other relevant schedules;
  • and / or other terms and conditions including Schedules 4 and 6 of the NHS Standard (redacted only where genuinely commercially sensitive or otherwise exempt).

 

Q3. For each contract, state whether the specialty list is exhaustive or indicative. Quote any contractual clauses that indicate flexibility in specialty provision, including but not limited to wording such as “specialties to be provided but not limited to …”.

 

Q4. Does Greater Manchester ICB currently hold any elective-care contracts located in other ICB areas with hospitals from the following groups?

  • Circle Health Group
  • Spire Healthcare
  • Nuffield Health
  • Ramsay Health Care
