I would like to request that you send me:

• A copy of the Greater Manchester NHS funded fertility treatment policies, including IVF and IUI.
• A copy of your policy regarding LGBTQ+ treatment; and,
• Copies of any equality related policies that primary care providers should follow

NHS GM do not have any published “equality related policies that primary care providers should follow”. This is this is because primary care providers are contractually required to adhere to national regulations and legislation, including the Equalities Act.
