Can you please name all the GP Federations that are operating in the area covered by Greater Manchester ICB? Please include the general practice names that are within each federation.

For your reference, GP Federations are groups of primary care providers, which form a single organisational entity and work together at scale to deliver services for their combined patient communities.

GP Federations operating across the Greater Manchester area include:

• Bolton GP Partnership Ltd
• Bury GP Practice Ltd
• Rochdale Health Alliance Ltd
• Manchester Primary Care Partnership, with membership of:
  • Northern Care GPPO Ltd (NHGPPO)
  • Primary Care Manchester Ltd (PCM)
  • South Manchester GP Federation Ltd (SMGPF)
• iGPC Ltd (Oldham)
• Salford Primary Care Together CiC
• Viaduct Care CiC (Stockport)
• Health First (ALW CiC)
• Wigan GP Alliance LLP

NHS GM does not necessarily commission from all of these GP Federations organisations.

NHS GM does not hold membership list of practices within each GP Federation.

There are a number of other ‘at scale’ organisations constituted by GP practices working together, such as where member practices of Primary Care Networks have established incorporated entities. Again, as stated above, NHS GM does not necessarily commission from these organisations.
