I am writing to request, under the Freedom of Information Act 2000, a copy of your ICB/ICS Joint Capital Resource Use Plan (JCRUP) for the 2025/26 financial year.
If the plan has not yet been published or submitted, I would appreciate any available information regarding its expected release date or a summary of its proposed allocations.
The Joint Capital Resource Plan for the ICS is currently progressing through the organisation’s governance, before being reviewed at the Finance Committee and once approved, to the NHS Greater Manchester (NHS GM) Board. This is expected to be concluded by the end of September 2025.
