FOI 2025/1303

I would like to request the following under the Freedom of Information Act. This is following on from an FOI sent from last financial year (FOI 624):

1. Please check the attached list of each Local Enhanced Service (LES) available in the ICB in the 2024/25 financial year for GP practices. Please make any amendments to this list of services – including any subtractions or additions to the list. [COLUMN B]
2. Specify the allocated budgets for the 2025/26 financial year for each service, including any new ones for this financial year. [COLUMN D]
3. An estimate of how many patients in the ICB area are eligible for each service. [COLUMN E]
4. Confirmation of whether each enhanced service is also available to other primary care providers and details of which (i.e. pharmacies, PCNs, etc.) [COLUMN F]
5. Please add any enhanced services for any services that are available for pharmacies, PCNs or other providers and are not currently listed. Please include all the info requested in each column for these additional services
6. Please add links/attachments to service specifications.

3. NHS Greater Manchester (NHS GM) consists of 10 localities (Bolton, Bury, Heywood Middleton and Rochdale, Manchester, Oldham, Salford, Stockport, Tameside, Trafford and Wigan). There localities have different populations, and the information provided is a summary of all 10 localities’ quality schemes and locally commissioned services. It is not possible to state the populations for each line as the spend could be related to just one locality, all 10, or, somewhere in between.

4. Most services are commissioned directly from GP practices but some localities commission on a Primary Care Network (PCN) basis.  It is not possible to disaggregate each line.
