We’d like to inquire whether there is any conflict of interest between GP Partners at Pike View, Malhotra Practice and any of the following Community Pharmacies:

1. Kildonan Pharmacy, Horwich, Bolton
2. Heaton Pharmacy, Horwich, Bolton, BL6 5NP
3. Hootons Pharmacy, Bolton, BL6 7AR

Are you aware of how we can find this information as presumably it would have had to be declared to the NHS ICB.
