1a. Northern Care Alliance NHS Foundation Trust as part of the neurology services and Manchester University NHS Foundation Trust, sleep service – Wythenshawe (the service has temporarily been relocated to Trafford General Hospital)
1b. NHS Greater Manchester (NHS GM) does not hold the level or detail requested.
