1. Do you commission narcolepsy services, If yes, please provide:
a. The name and location of the service(s).
b. The current Referral to Treatment Time (RTT).
c. The number of patients seen by the service in the most recent full financial year (to April 2025).
d. The number of patients the service is contracted to see.
e. Whether the service is commissioned through a block contract (Yes/No)
f. The key performance indicators (KPIs) or outcome measures used to monitor the service. Additionally, how the services performed against the set KPIs (outcome measures) for the latest available period of time.

1. Yes
1a. Northern Care Alliance NHS Foundation Trust as part of the neurology services and Manchester University NHS Foundation Trust, sleep service – Wythenshawe (the service has temporarily been relocated to Trafford General Hospital)
1b. NHS Greater Manchester (NHS GM) does not hold the level or detail requested. The data available to ICBs reports a wide number of sleep-related conditions to a single Sleep Medicine specialty only.
