1. I would like details of how many National Institute of Clinical Excellence, Technology Appraisal (NICE TA) approved drugs have NOT been incorporated into local formulary’s/funded and what are the names of these drugs.
2. How many NICE TA approved drugs HAVE been incorporated into local formulary’s/funded and what the names of those drugs and when they were incorporated/available to prescribe in Greater Manchester.
Please provide all the above information for the last 5 years.

1. The GM ICB has committed to providing access to all NICE TA approved drugs. There are no drugs with a positive NICE TA which the ICB has decided not to add to formulary. Where there are medicines with a NICE TA that are yet to be added to the formulary, these will be included once the GM ICB’s governance process is complete.
