I am writing to request information under the Freedom of Information Act 2000. Please provide the following data for women under the age of thirty with stage 4 deep infiltrating endometriosis (DIE) in your area (Wigan):

1. How many women under 30 with stage 4 DIE have been granted NHS funded fertility treatments (e.g. IVF, AMH testing, LH, FSH, tubal patency etc.) during the past five years 2020-2025.

2. If possible, please break these figures down year by year.

3. If data specific to stage 4 DIE is unavailable, please instead provide the number of women under 30 with endometriosis (all stages) who have been granted access to NHS funded fertility treatment during this same period.
