I am writing to request information under the Freedom of Information Act 2000.
The purpose of this request is to gather data on the number of children referred to weight management services.
Please provide the following information for your ICB area for the period 1 January 2024 to the most recent month available in 2025 (up to and including August 2025 if held):
1. The number of children and young people (under 18) referred to specialist (Tier 3) paediatric weight management services commissioned by your ICB.
2. If held, the number of referrals into other NHS-commissioned lifestyle/prevention services for children, such as diabetes prevention or healthy lifestyle pathways.
2a. If available, a breakdown by age group (e.g. 0–4, 5–10, 11–15, 16–17).

I confirm that I am not seeking any personal or identifying information about individuals involved in these cases. I would like you to provide the information in the following format:
• Please provide the information in electronic format, preferably as an Excel spreadsheet or CSV file. Please avoid sending PDFs or Word documents if possible.
