I am conducting an up-to-date survey of ICBs regarding Primary Care Network (PCN) membership within ICBs/ICSs.
May I, please request, Under the Freedom of Information Act and Regulations, the following:
1.How many Practices within your ICB have not signed up to PCNs?
Please give names of practices
2. How many Practices within your ICB have not joined PCNs AND not signed data-sharing agreements with any PCN to give full access to patients’ records?
Please give names of practices
3.If there are such Practices within your ICB who have not signed up to PCNs and not signed data-sharing agreements with any PCN, then what is the ICB’s strategy for providing the PCN services to the patients of such Practices?
4. If ICB has a local agreement with practices that have not signed up to PCNs and not signed data-sharing agreements with any PCN to provide PCN services to own practice population , please provide a copy of such local agreement .
