Original Request

I would like the ICB to tell me whether they currently or have previously held an NHS contract with any of the companies listed below.
In the event that the ICB has or has previously held a contract with any of the companies listed below please provide the start date of the contract, the duration of the contract, and the services which are being contracted for.

Clarity Requested 16 September 2025:
I write in response to your recent Freedom of Information request, which was received by NHS Greater Manchester today.

To be able to process your request and provide you with the correct information, I would be grateful if you could you provide the following clarity:

1. Within your requested you have stated “I would like the ICB to tell me whether they currently or have previously held an NHS contract with any of the companies listed below.” In relation to the “previously held” NHS contracts, please would you be able to confirm the timeframe you would like this information for, for example, held within the last 12 months, 24 months, since the ICB was established on 1 July 2022?

I am sorry we are unable to help you further at this time, and I look forward to receiving the necessary clarity to be able to action your request.

Clarity Requested 23 September 2025:
I write further to my email below, in which we explained that in order to be able to process your request and provide you with the correct information, we would require the following clarity:

1. Unfortunately, we do not appear to have received the clarity that we have requested, and I am sorry that we are unable to help you further at this time. I would, therefore, be grateful if you could provide the necessary details to allow us to action your request. If we do not receive the details requested by Tuesday 30 September 2025, we will assume that you no longer wish to submit a request and close contact on this matter.
