Under the Freedom of Information Act 2000, I would like to request the following information relating to GP practices in the Greater Manchester area (all places such as Bolton, Bury, Manchester, Oldham, Rochdale, Salford, Stockport, Tameside & Glossop, Trafford, Wigan):
1. Copies of the current and previous (from 1 April 2024) service specifications, payment schedules, claim forms, templates, and annexes for schemes/LCS/LES/shared-care arrangements covering:
a. Injectable ADT administration (e.g. goserelin, leuprorelin, triptorelin, degarelix) carried out in primary care;

3. Any coding or template requirements (EMIS/SNOMED etc.) which are conditions for payment in these schemes.
4. Details of any changes to rates since 1 April 2024, with effective dates.
5. Data for 2024/25 showing activity and spend (by place if available), including:
o Number of ADT injections paid;

  1. **Documents were sent to the requester with this response.  If you require a copy of the full response, together with the documents, please contact NHS GM’s FOI team – nhsgm.foi@nhs.net.**

  1. Please refer to the specifications provided in response to question 1 and the spreadsheet provided in the response to questions 4 & 5.
  2. There are no coding or template requirements (EMIS/SNOMED etc.) which are conditions for payment in these schemes. However, in previous years quarterly data was submitted for practices across 7 out of 10 of the GM localities to the GM Cancer Alliance, to enable monitoring the Prostate element of the Early Cancer Diagnosis PCN DES.  This was also to support practices with the Prostate Van scheme to enable them to invite the correct cohort of patients.  The coding specification applicable to these previous searches is provided below along with a link to the National Disease Registration Service (NDRS) website and SNOMED codes for primary diagnoses.

**A word document was sent to the requester with this response.  If you require a copy of the full response, together with the document, please contact NHS GM’s FOI team – nhsgm.foi@nhs.net.**
