1. Data for admissions and outpatient’s episodes with the following diagnosis ICD-10 and new SNOMED codes for each year of a six-year period (2019-2024):

1.1. O35.4, maternal care for [suspected] damage to foetus from alcohol.

1.2. P04.3, foetus and newborn affected by maternal use of alcohol.

1.3. Q86.0, FAS [dysmorphic].

1.4. 1894471000000108, FASD with sentinel facial features

1.5. 1894461000000101, FASD without sentinel facial features

1.6. 2078801000000102, individuals at increased risk of FASD.

2. Information on the number of cases of FASD they have diagnosed in the previous 12 months (period October 1st, 2024, to October 1st 2025 made by community paediatricians, specialist developmental assessment teams e.g. Neurodevelopmental service and CAHMS teams operating under your trust.

3. Information on the number of Doctors in Trusts who currently provide diagnostic and/or post-diagnostic services for FASD? Please provide their names and posts. Whether your Trust employs specifically trained professionals, including but not limited to nurses, psychologists, occupational therapists and speech and language therapists, to provide specialised services for patients on the FASD spectrum? If so, in what specialties, and how many? Please provide their names and posts.

4. Information you hold on whether your Trust sends patients for specialist FASD diagnosis to expert services such as the National NHS FASD Clinic in Surrey (https://www.fasdclinic.com/)? Did you refer any patients to the National FASD Clinic or any other such clinic in 2019, 2020, 2021, 2022, 2023, and in 2024, and if so, how many in each year?
