Under the Freedom of Information Act 2000, I am requesting the following information regarding GP practices within your Integrated Care Board:
1. Current EHR Usage
a. The number and proportion of GP practices using each of the following electronic health record (EHR) systems: EMIS Web, TPP SystmOne, INPS Vision, Medicus Health, and Other (please specify).
b. The percentage of population coverage accounted for by each of the above systems.

2. Recent Provider Changes
a. What proportion of GP practices have changed their EHR provider within the last 36 months? (If data for that period are unavailable, please provide the most recent period for which such data exist — e.g. 12 or 24 months.)

3. Historical EHR Usage
As of October 2022 (three years ago), what proportion of GP practices used each of the following systems: EMIS Web, TPP SystmOne, INPS Vision, Medicus Health, Other?
a. By number of practices
b. By percentage of population coverage
(If data for that period are unavailable, please provide for the nearest available date, e.g. 12 months ago.)

4. ICB Guidance or Recommendations
a. Does the ICB recommend or endorse any specific EHR provider to its GP practices, Primary Care Networks (PCNs), or GP federations?
b. If yes, please identify which provider(s) and describe the basis of that recommendation.
