1. A list of all the active imaging networks in the ICB
2. Which trust hosts each network?
3. Who is the named lead for each network?
4. Please also list any plans for future imaging networks or networks currently being developed
5. Please also state the name of the staff member (if any) leading on developing networks/future plans

Pathology networks

6. A list of all the active pathology networks in the ICB
7. Which trust hosts each network?
8. Who is the named lead for each network?

2. Diagnostic network is hosted service under the Northern Care Alliance.
