FOI 2025/1429

I’m writing to request contact information for GP practices/primary care networks in and around greater manchester. Including if possible:
PCN- name, manager name and email.
Clinical director name and email
GP practice- name and email

I believe similar spreadsheets have been provided in response to previous FOI requests: FOI 2025/1318, FOI 2025/1272, FOI 2025/1280

Individuals’ email addresses are considered exempt from disclosure under section 40 (2) of the Freedom of Information Act 2000, as it constitutes personal data where disclosure would be in breach of the Data Protection Act 2018.
Furthermore, individuals’ email addresses are available to NHS Greater Manchester to provide direct communication channels between themselves for official business reasons. There is an expectation that it is not intended for release into the public domain or to provide a general contact list for public or business use.
As section 40 (2) is an absolute exemption there is no duty to consider disclosure in the public interest. They are set out in Part II of the Freedom of Information Act 2000
