Under the FOI Act, please could you send me a list of the members of the Greater Manchester area prescribing committee(s).
This should cover any committees within the ICB that oversee prescribing and/or medicines management.
Please put this in an Excel format with the following columns:
• Name
• Job role
• Name of the committee
• Role on the committee (if any)
