Under the Freedom of Information Act 2000, I would like to request the following information relating to services commissioned by NHS Greater Manchester Integrated Care Board:

1. A copy of the current service specification or commissioning agreement between the ICB and Tameside & Glossop Integrated Care NHS Foundation Trust covering District Nursing and community nursing services.

2. Within that document, please confirm whether post-surgical drain removal is included as a commissioned activity, and if so, under what circumstances (e.g. home visits, community clinics, or specific referral routes).

3. If this information is not explicitly stated, please provide any related correspondence, guidance, or policy documents that define the scope of post-operative care responsibilities for community nursing in the Tameside & Glossop area.

1. NHS Greater Manchester does not hold a current service specification covering the Tameside & Glossop Integrated Care NHS Foundation Trust District Nursing and community nursing services. The district and community nursing specification held is outdated and requires updating.
2. Post-drain removal is not noted in the dated specification
