Under the Freedom of Information Act, I am requesting the following information:
1. Confirmation on whether the Greater Manchester Integrated Care Board (GMICB) is responsible for the decision to move to a single finance ledger.
2. Clarification on whether GMICB has the authority to mandate each trust to adopt the single ledger, or if each trust is required to conduct its own independent procurement process.
3. Confirmation of whether a contract has been awarded to Integra Centros for the Greater Manchester Single Ledger.
4. If a contract has been awarded, please provide all documents, communications, and records relating to the procurement process by which Integra Centros was selected, including notifications of the procurement (Contracts Finder), route to market (Call off from framework, direct award from framework, competitive tender process), tender documentation, evaluation criteria, decision notices, and award notifications.

1. NHS Greater Manchester Integrated Care Board (NHS GM) operates on a financial ledger system provided by NHS England. This is a single financial ledger system which all Integrated Care Boards in England are required to utilise.

There are 9 NHS Foundation Trusts within the Greater Manchester Integrated Care System. The decision as to which financial ledger system to adopt would be considered an operational decision and therefore the responsibility for each Trust, rather than NHS GM.

2. As above, each Trust would be responsible for determining whether it was required to conduct its own procurement process, therefore, this question is best directed to the individual Trusts. 3. NHS GM (the ICB) has not awarded such a contract. This is because NHS GM is not the responsible entity for commissioning a ledger service for any of the 9 Foundation Trusts in Greater Manchester. The requestor should instead contact the Trusts directly, using the information above.
