Under the Freedom of Information Act 2000, please provide the following information for Child and Adolescent Mental Health Services (CAMHS) in your area:

As at 31 October 2025:

1. The total number of children and young people currently waiting for a first CAMHS appointment.
2. The current longest waiting time (in days) for any child or young person still waiting for a first CAMHS appointment, regardless of referral date.
3. The number of children and young people currently waiting who have been waiting for that longest time (not specifically the same amount of years and days but if for example “over 3 years”.

Additionally, for each of these periods:

• 1 April 2024 – 31 March 2025
• 1 April 2025 – 31 October 2025

4. Average waiting time (in days) from referral to first appointment for referrals made during the period.
5. Number of referrals included in these calculations.
6. For referrals where the first CAMHS appointment took place during the period (regardless of when the referral was made), please provide:

• The longest waiting time (in days) from referral to first appointment.
• The average waiting time (in days) from referral to first appointment.
• The number of cases included in these calculations.
