Please could I request the following information under the Freedom of Information Act:

1. The number of applications submitted to the Individual Funding Request team for each of the past 3 years along with outcomes (e.g. approved/declined/rejected etc) and the point at which the decision was made (e.g. IFR panel or otherwise).
2. The structure of the IFR team including job titles, bands, whole time equivalents (wte), job descriptions and person specifications.
3. The office base for the IFR team.
4. What the current working arrangements are for IFR team (e.g. fully working from home/expectation on number of days to be worked in office etc).

Please note – NHS Greater Manchester (NHS GM) does hold the information requested however, due to the low numbers involved (where patient data is 5 or less <5) we consider this to be exempt under section 40(2) of the Freedom of Information Act 2000 as the disclosure of this information may lead to the identification of individuals. This exemption is not subject to the public interest test.
