Please provide me with the following information:

• Any National Health Service (Pharmaceutical and Local Pharmaceutical Services) Regulations 2013 applications in respect of current or future needs or improvements or better access identified in the Wigan Pharmaceutical Needs Assessment (e.g. those submitted under regulations 13, 15, 17 or 20), submitted to the ICB between 30^st May 2025 and 3rd December 2025.

Between 30 May 2025 and 3 December 2025, NHS GM has received 3 such applications, of which 2 were made in respect to “Current Need” and 1 to “Future Need”.

These applications were consulted on as per the Regulations.
