5. Please confirm of the total commissioned Community Care packages how many were delivered by Nursing staff?

To be able to process your request and provide you with the correct information, I would be grateful if you would be able to clarify the following:
1. Please can you provide a description of what you mean by “Community Care Packages”
2. Please confirm if the information you seek relates to CHC only.

In answer to your questions
1. Community Care Packages for Integrated Care Boards (ICBs) in the NHS are combinations of health and social care services tailored to meet an individual’s specific needs, allowing them to live independently in their own home for as long as possible, rather than in an institutional setting.
