I would like to request the following information please:
1. ARRS underspend in the 2023/24 financial year for each individual PCN
2. ARRS underspend in the 2024/25 financial year for each individual PCN
3. Current ARRS underspend in the 2025/26 financial year for each individual PCN
1. See supporting Excel document tab ‘ARRS Summary Position 2324’.
2. See supporting Excel document tabs ‘ARRS Summary (excl GP) 2425’ and ‘GP ARRS Summary Position 2425. New GP ARRS role was funded on a pro rata basis part way through the financial year, therefore, reported separately.
3. See supporting Excel document tab ‘ARRS Summary Position 2526’. GP ARRS role included in 2526 rate, therefore, treated like other ARRS roles. Forecasted FY position by PCN is based on submitted data as at November 2025.
