Please supply the full names and full details of all regulatory registrations in place for all the workers in GMNHS and Wigan Mental Health Commissioners who were involved in decisions made regarding an application for funding for non-NHS psychiatric care
This request was submitted late in 2024 by GP, REDACTED, of Boothstown Medical Centre, and was refused. A request to appeal was also refused in early 2025, I understand directly by Wigan Mental Health Commissioning section, on this second occasion.
