I am writing to request a copy of the Wigan Borough CCG Fertility Services Commissioning Policy that was in effect during 2018.

I understand that Wigan Borough CCG merged into NHS Greater Manchester ICB in July 2022, and would be grateful if you could locate and provide this historical policy document.

Please find attached Wigan Borough Clinical Commissioning Group: Assisted Conception Policy which was issued in September 2018.
