Unit price: For each contracted provider that delivers one or more of the attendance types (as defined below) and for which the ICB is the responsible commissioner for payment, please provide the unit price you pay for each attendance type.

2. If contracted on block-basis: Please provide the block-contract value and the activity numbers associated with that value.

Providers in scope: Please include all NHS Trust providers commissioned by GM ICB to deliver this activity.

1: The table below shows the prices charged by NHS Trusts to the ICB for Face to Face and Non-Face to face outpatient appointments within the Gastroenterology Specialty in 2025/26 Financial Year.

MFF is also included and applied within all of the unit prices below.

2: Follow-up Outpatient appointments are fixed and are not contracted at HRG level and wrapped up within the block contract with the trusts therefore it is not possible to provide a value for Follow-up appointments specifically.

3: MFF is applied to all the prices in the table in question 1.
