Please provide any information held by NHS Greater Manchester Integrated Care Board relating to pharmacy or Dispensing Appliance Contractor (DAC) applications in Wigan Borough, with particular reference to Hindley Green, since publication of the Wigan Borough PNA (2025–2028).

This includes (where held):

• Consultation notifications from NHS England
• Correspondence referencing proposed locations or service hours
• Internal briefings or reports referencing such applications
• Confirmation of the proposed locations, ward, postcode
• Confirmation of the status of the applications, pending, granted, refused etc..
• Core hours for each application where applicable
• Supplementary hours for each application where applicable

This request excludes personal data and commercially sensitive information.

Since the publication of the Wigan Borough Pharmaceutical Needs Assessment (2025-2028), NHS Greater Manchester has received two applications pertaining to Wigan Borough, both of which were in relation to Hindley Green.

Both were routine applications for inclusion in the Pharmaceutical List offering to meet a current need, and the outcomes reports are provided here:
