Under the Freedom of Information Act 2001, I would like to know the following:
1) How many adult ASD assessments were completed by the core provider in 2025?
2) How many adult ASD assessments were outsourced to an independent provider in block in 2025?
3) How many adult ASD assessments were completed under Patient Choice in 2025?
4) Of the assessments completed by the core provider in 2025, how many were given a diagnosis of ASD?
5) Of the assessments outsourced to an independent provider in block in 2025, how many were given a diagnosis of ASD?
6) Of the assessments completed under Patient Choice in 2025, how many were given a diagnosis of ASD?
7) Of the assessments outsourced to an independent provider in block in 2025, how many were rejected or had to be repeated by the core provider?
8) Of the assessments completed under Patient Choice in 2025, how many were rejected or had to be repeated by the core provider?
If time is permitted under the FOIA, please also provide the information on the above for ADHD assessments. Please do this by replacing all instances of the term ‘ASD’ with ‘ADHD’ in bullet points 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 and 6.
