Please could you tell me, for each year since 2020 including 2025, for your ICB:

1. How many dentists handed back their NHS contract
2. How many NHS patients have been removed from dental practice lists

2. Unlike GP Practice patient registration, patients are not registered with NHS Dentists, whilst NHS Dental Practices will recall patients in accordance with clinical need, and maintain a list of these patients, there is no central register.

Patients can choose to move between practices and practices are not obliged to recall patients following finalising a course of treatment, therefore this data is not available.
