I am writing to request information under the Freedom of Information Act 2000.

Please could you provide the following details relating to your Integrated Care Board’s public website:

1. The name of the current website provider (organisation name).
2. The start date and end date of the current website contract.
3. The total contract value (or annual value if the total is not available).
4. The procurement route used to appoint the supplier (e.g. framework, open tender).
5. The name and contact information of the person who manages the contract.

Names of individuals are considered exempt from disclosure under section 40 (2) of the Freedom of Information Act 2000 as it constitutes personal data where disclosure would be in breach of the Data Protection Act 2018

As section 40 (2) is an absolute exemption there is no duty to consider disclosure in the public interest. They are set out in Part II of the Freedom of Information Act 2000.
