This is a Freedom of Information Request under the Freedom of Information Act 2000 relating to correspondence between the Greater Manchester ICB and NHSE/any Palantir staff regarding the Federated Data Platform.
I understand from GM ICB meeting minutes that Matt Hennessey, NHS GM’s Chief Intelligence and Analytics Officer has been in conversation with the NHSE national team regarding feedback of concerns around the FDP and to help them understand more about the provision we have locally and why the GM ICB declined to onboard to the FDP in May and in November 2025.
I am requesting to see any and all correspondence between Matt Hennessey and any NHSE/Palantir staff from January 2025 until now, relating to these concerns and feedback that has been provided.
