Please could I request the following under FOI:
1) A copy of Greater Manchester ICB’s current change management policy, and details of whether this is currently under review and whether there are any anticipated upcoming changes in the next 12 months
2) A copy of Greater Manchester ICB’s current pay protection policy and details of whether this is currently under review and whether there are any anticipated upcoming changes in the next 12 months
1. Please see attached Organisational Change Policy, this is not due for review until July 2028, and there are no anticipated upcoming changes in the next 12 months.
2. The pay protection policy is included in the Organisational Change Policy, there is no separate policy for Pay Protection see pages 4, 5 and page 26 onwards, Section 16, Pay Protection Arrangements, there is a two-year protection period and this is also covered in the Agenda for Change Handbook of terms and conditions, Section 16 refers. As stated above there are no anticipated upcoming changes in the next 12 months.
