Can you please advise if paediatric FASD assessment is commissioned in GM, and in either case (if yes / if not) a copy of the minutes of the board meeting making that decision.

My apologies – I am unclear if I should have asked about commissioning ‘diagnosis’ and not just ‘assessment’ –

NHS Greater Manchester (NHS GM) does not specifically commission a service for assessment and diagnosis of FASD. However, NHS GM have provided training for paediatricians across various providers to assess and diagnose within their existing practice.

We are not aware of any board meeting minutes where discussions may have taken place, however, board papers and minutes are available on the NHS GM website. Please find a link below to assist you.
