I would be grateful if you could provide the following information relating to cataract services commissioned by NHS Greater Manchester Integrated Care Board:

1. A list of all providers currently commissioned by NHS Greater Manchester ICB to deliver complex cataract procedures, including those requiring general anaesthesia (GA).
2. For each provider, please confirm:
   1. The name of the provider organisation
   2. Whether they are commissioned to deliver complex cataract surgery
   3. Whether they are commissioned to provide cataract surgery under general anaesthesia
3. If available, the date from which each provider began delivering these services under the current commissioning arrangements.

If any part of this request is unclear or exceeds cost limits, please contact me so that I may refine the request.
